YOUR MOVE TO OUR SECURITY ARCHIVE – THE PROCESS

After you have carefully labelled your files and documents and stowed them in Rhenus boxes, our courier driver will pick up the boxes from you.
Your files will now be safely transferred to one of our high-security archives. As soon as your boxes arrive, trained employees take over the data entry into our archiving system. Depending on the agreement, the files as well as the boxes are given a unique identifier by barcode. This code is used to link the files directly to the storage location.

If you need help with the preparation and storage of the files, we will of course be at your side.
